This website and online store are operated by Nao Okazaki, a sole proprietor based in Japan, under the brand name HUIGON YOON.

All products are subject to availability. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

Prices displayed for customers in Japan include Japanese consumption tax where applicable.
Prices, currencies, promotions, and product availability may vary according to the customer’s country or region.
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable charges are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and the information displayed at checkout.
5. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After an order is submitted, you will receive an order-confirmation email acknowledging that we have received it. This email does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm that the order has been accepted.

- Pricing or product information contains an obvious error

- Delivery is unavailable to the selected destination

Where payment has already been collected for an order that we reject or cancel, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed according to the terms and conditions of the selected payment provider. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate payment and billing information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment provider, currency-conversion process, or additional identity-verification procedures.
7. Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Products
Pre-order, made-to-order, customised, and personalised products may have different production and dispatch schedules from in-stock products.
The estimated dispatch period and any special conditions will be stated on the relevant product page.
Estimated dates may change due to production circumstances, material availability, carrier conditions, or other events outside our reasonable control. Where a significant delay occurs, we will contact the customer using the email address provided with the order.
Cancellation and return eligibility for these products may be limited as explained on the relevant product page and in our Returns Policy, subject to applicable law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Japan.
Shipping methods, charges, estimated processing times, delivery information, customs responsibilities, and procedures for unclaimed or undeliverable parcels are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal or carrier disruption, flight cancellation, severe weather, transportation interruption, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
9. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products ordered may legally be imported into the delivery destination and for complying with applicable import laws and regulations.
10. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Cancellations
Return eligibility, request periods, exchange procedures, defective-item claims, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Returns Policy.

Products sent to an address not provided by our Customer Care team, or returned without sufficient information to identify the customer and order, may not be accepted where permitted by applicable law.
